Journey to Kashmir is not responsible for services or facilities directly controlled by a third-party hotel.

Journey to Kashmir is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

12. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Journey to Kashmir may not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
